Using Velospire
These terms govern your use of the Velospire online store. The store is hosted on Shopify. Product purchases are also governed by our Terms of Sale, Shipping Policy and Returns Policy.

Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, interfere with the website or submit fraudulent orders. You must have the legal capacity to enter a purchase contract or the appropriate permission to do so. Keep account credentials secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorised use.
Store information
We aim to keep product information, prices and availability accurate. Images can appear differently on different screens. Product-specific dimensions and variant details take priority over general lifestyle imagery. If a material error affects an order, we will contact you with a correction and available options; these terms do not allow us to alter an accepted order arbitrarily.

Our branding, website design and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Product brands and supplier materials remain the property of their respective owners. Links to other sites are provided for convenience and do not transfer responsibility for those sites to Velospire.

We are responsible for our legal obligations concerning the store and products we sell.
