Orders and product information
Velospire sells cycling accessories through this Shopify store. Before ordering, review the product description, selected variant, dimensions, mounting requirements, price and delivery information. Lifestyle photographs illustrate riding scenarios and do not mean that every item pictured is included. The product listing and selected package determine what you purchase.
Prices and payment
The currency and final total are shown at checkout. Supported market currencies are GBP, USD, AUD and EUR. Any taxes collected by the store and shipping charges are disclosed before payment. Your bank may apply its own currency-conversion or payment charges. Only the payment methods actually displayed at checkout are available.
Order acknowledgement and acceptance
An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. We accept the order when we send a dispatch confirmation, unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier. If stock, delivery restrictions or a material pricing error prevent acceptance, we will contact you and refund payments for items we cannot supply. We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.
